Delete your Olai account

Olai Money Tracker is an expense tracker by Gravitide. You can delete your account and every entry in it at any time.

In the app

Open Olai while signed in.
Tap your photo at the top right, then Settings.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account and all its entries are removed from our server straight away, and the app clears them from your phone.

Without the app

Email olai@gravitide.dev from the Google account you signed in with, with the subject Delete my Olai account.

We delete the account and all of its data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your books, categories and entries (amounts, dates and notes).
Your sign-in record with Olai (Google account ID, email, name and photo).

Nothing is kept afterwards. Our hosting provider may keep routine backups of the whole database for a limited time before they are overwritten; we don't use them to bring back deleted accounts.

Entries you saved without signing in never reach our server. They stay on your phone until you remove them in Settings or uninstall Olai.
